What is included in the Director plan?

10 Digital Employees in the roles you choose, working on your website, your WhatsApp, your Instagram and your email around the clock. Each one is trained on your business information, and the plan includes 50,000 interactions a month. The portal to see everything is included.

How much does the Director plan cost?

It costs US$997 a month at the founder price. The list price is US$1,497, so you save US$500 every month. Paying a year up front brings it down to US$798 a month.

What is an interaction and how many does the plan include?

An interaction is one message your Digital Employee answers, whatever the channel. The Director plan includes 50,000 a month, and you watch them counted live in your portal.

How long does it take to go live?

Under 15 minutes. You describe your business, upload what you have already written, and your Digital Employee starts answering. No installation, no project, no technical staff involved.

Is there a lock-in or exit clause?

No. You cancel whenever you want from your portal and we stop charging you; you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no lock-in contract and no penalty.

Can I try it before paying, and what if it does not work for me?

You start with a 7-day free trial: you add your card at signup and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing. After the first charge you get a 30-day guarantee: if it does not work for you, we refund 100%.

What does Director bring that Executive does not?

Size. Director covers 10 roles at once against Executive's 3, with 50,000 interactions a month and 30 people from your team in the portal. It is enough for a whole area, not a single role, and our team handles the rollout.

Does it include phone calls?

No, and that is deliberate: no monthly plan includes minutes. The phone Receptionist is billed separately, at US$0.299 per minute spoken with no fixed fee, so you pay exactly what it handled. You can hire it on its own or add it to any plan.

What does it have that Executive doesn't?
Size, not extra features. Ten roles covered at once against Executive's three, the interaction headroom to sustain them, high-volume email campaigns and your whole team inside the portal. Our team handles the rollout. On portal features they are identical — and we say so on purpose.
Does it include phone calls?
No, and that is deliberate: no monthly plan includes minutes. The phone Receptionist is billed per minute spoken, with no fixed fee, so you pay exactly what it handled and nothing else. You can hire it on its own or add it to this plan; the plan's roles cover their portal, their channels and their integrations, and the minutes are billed separately.
And if I run past the plan's interactions?
An interaction is one message from your customer plus your digital employee's reply. A back-and-forth chat is usually 4 or 5. The plan includes 50,000 a month and actually delivers 50,150: 150 courtesy interactions, the same in all three plans. We warn you before you hit the cap, not after, and if you go past it, it keeps answering: each extra interaction is billed separately at $0.04.
Is support different?
On this plan we answer you, not a form: direct WhatsApp and priority in the queue. If something breaks, we fix it — we don't send you to a forum.
Is there a contract?
None. You start with a 7-day free trial: you add your card and pay nothing if you cancel before day 7. Cancel from your portal whenever you want, and you can also move down to Executive if you stop needing that many roles. The first 30 days carry a real money-back guarantee.
