Terms and Conditions

Vyrkon is a product/service operated by ONEPEAK AI LLC, a limited liability company organized in FL, United States. Vyrkon is the trade name; ONEPEAK AI LLCis the legal entity responsible for the service. In this document, any reference to "Vyrkon", "we" or "the Platform" is understood as a reference to ONEPEAK AI LLC.

By accessing and using Vyrkon(the "Platform") you agree to the terms described in this document. If you do not agree with any of them, do not use the service.

1. Definitions

"Client" is the natural or legal person who contracts the service. "Agent" is the conversational AI instance provisioned for the Client. "End users" are the people who converse with an Agent through a channel.

2. Service

Vyrkon offers self-provisioning conversational AI agents. The available channels are your website, your WhatsApp (using the business’s own number), your Instagram direct messages and your email; you connect them yourself from your portal. We work toward an internal goal of high availability with permanent monitoring; current plans do not include a contractual SLA with compensation.

3. Payments and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the portal; the billing period already in progress remains active until it ends.

7-day free trial. Plans start with a 7-day free trial: you register your payment method at signup and nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before day 7 ends, you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, the first full charge for the plan happens on day 7 and your billing period starts there. Vyrkon may modify or withdraw the free trial for future signups; never for trials already started.

30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied, write to us within the first 30 days after your first payment and we will refund 100% of what you paid, no hassle. After the first 30 days you can still cancel anytime, but there are no partial refunds for unused time in the current period.

The service includes a one-time initial setup fee of USD $497 per agent, which is waived during the launch period: while this waiver remains in effect, no setup amount is charged. Vyrkon may withdraw the waiver for future purchases; never retroactively for already active clients.

4. Client Data

Documents, conversations and End-user data belong to the Client. Vyrkon processes them exclusively to deliver the service and deletes them on request within a maximum of 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Vyrkon for spam, phishing or illegal activities.
• Do not attempt to manipulate the model into generating prohibited content.
• Do not resell the service without prior agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

Vyrkon does not guarantee that Agents will respond correctly 100% of the time. Critical decisions (legal, financial, medical) must be validated by humans. Vyrkon's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client over the last 12 months.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email 30 days in advance.
