What is included in the Seller plan?

One Digital Employee in the roles you choose, working on your website, your WhatsApp, your Instagram and your email around the clock. Each one is trained on your business information, and the plan includes 5,000 interactions a month. The portal to see everything is included.

How much does the Seller plan cost?

It costs US$297 a month at the founder price. The list price is US$447, so you save US$150 every month. Paying a year up front brings it down to US$238 a month.

What is an interaction and how many does the plan include?

An interaction is one message your Digital Employee answers, whatever the channel. The Seller plan includes 5,000 a month, and you watch them counted live in your portal.

How long does it take to go live?

Under 15 minutes. You describe your business, upload what you have already written, and your Digital Employee starts answering. No installation, no project, no technical staff involved.

Is there a lock-in or exit clause?

No. You cancel whenever you want from your portal and we stop charging you; you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no lock-in contract and no penalty.

Can I try it before paying, and what if it does not work for me?

You start with a 7-day free trial: you add your card at signup and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing. After the first charge you get a 30-day guarantee: if it does not work for you, we refund 100%.

Can I move up to the Executive plan later?

Yes, from Billing in your portal, whenever you want. It is US$100 more a month and the charge is prorated: you only pay the difference for the days left in the current period.

What if I don't want it to sell, but to give support?
The name is the least of it. When you hire it, the form asks for the role it will fill: selling, solving support, booking appointments or qualifying leads — and it trains for that. “Seller” is what we call the plan; you give it its job.
What if I want the full portal later?
You unlock it from your portal, under Billing, and pay only the difference — no buying again from scratch, and you lose nothing you already set up. It applies immediately.
What happens if I go past 5,000 interactions?
An interaction is one message from your customer plus your digital employee's reply. A back-and-forth chat is usually 4 or 5. We warn you before you hit the cap, not after — and the 5,000 plan actually delivers 5,150: that cushion is there so a busy month doesn't stop you. If you go past even that, your digital employee doesn't shut down: it keeps answering and each extra interaction is billed at $0.04 — you see it live in your portal, and if it happens often, upgrading (paying only the difference) is the better deal.
Do I need someone technical to install it?
No. It's one line of code you paste into your site (or hand to whoever manages it). WhatsApp and email connect from the portal with a step-by-step guide — and if you'd rather, we do it with you.
Is there a contract?
None. You start with a 7-day free trial: add your card and pay nothing if you cancel before day 7. Cancel from your portal whenever you want, no calls or emails. And the first 30 days come with a real refund guarantee.
