Data Deletion Status
TL;DR: When you remove Vyrkon's access from Instagram, we disconnect your account immediately and stop receiving your messages. Your conversations are deleted within 30 days at most.
What happens when you request deletion
- Your Instagram account is disconnected immediately: we stop receiving your messages and the agent stops replying on that channel.
- The access token you granted us is removed. There is no way for us to read anything again unless you authorize it once more.
- Conversation content is deleted within 30 days at most, except for what the law requires us to keep (for example, billing records).
How to request it
From Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Vyrkon → Remove. Meta notifies us automatically and the process starts on its own.
