What is included in the Team plan?

3 Digital Employees in the roles you choose, working on your website, your WhatsApp, your Instagram and your email around the clock. Each one is trained on your business information, and the plan includes 15,000 credits a month. The portal to see everything is included.

How much does the Team plan cost?

It costs US$397 a month at the founder price. The list price is US$597, so you save US$200 every month. Paying a year up front brings it down to US$318 a month.

What is a credit and how many does the plan include?

A credit is one interaction: a message from your customer plus your Digital Employee's reply, whatever the channel. The Team plan includes 15,000 a month, and you watch them counted live in your portal.

How long does it take to go live?

Under 15 minutes. You describe your business, upload what you have already written, and your Digital Employee starts answering. No installation, no project, no technical staff involved.

Is there a lock-in or exit clause?

No. You cancel whenever you want from your portal and we stop charging you; you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no lock-in contract and no penalty.

Can I try it before paying, and what if it does not work for me?

You start with a 7-day free trial: you add your card at signup and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing. After the first charge you get a 30-day guarantee: if it does not work for you, we refund 100%.

What is AVA and what does it do in my portal?

AVA is our AI assistant, and from the Team plan up it lives inside your portal. It works for your team, not for your customers: ask it about your numbers or your manuals and it answers citing the exact page, and it builds the report when you ask. It is not a role you hire and it does not handle your visitors: that is what your digital employees do.

Can I move up to the Operations plan later?

Yes, from Billing in your portal, whenever you want. It is US$600 more a month and the charge is prorated: you only pay the difference for the days left in the current period.

What's the real difference from Starter?
Starter answers and sells. Team also opens the whole portal: deep analytics, a private AVA, your documents made searchable, database connections, appointment scheduling and scheduled reports of your data straight to your inbox. Plus the quota: 15,000 credits a month versus 5,000.
What happens if I go past 15,000 credits?
A credit is one interaction: one message from your customer plus your digital employee's reply. A back-and-forth chat is usually 4 or 5. We warn you before you hit the cap, not after — and the 15,000 plan actually delivers 15,150: that is 150 credits on the house, the same on all three plans, so a busy month does not stop you. If you go past even that, your digital employee doesn't shut down: it keeps answering and each extra credit is billed at $0.04 — you see it live in your portal, and if it happens often, upgrading (paying only the difference) is the better deal.
What exactly is AVA?
Our AI assistant inside your portal, for your team only — visitors to your site never see it. You upload your private manuals and documents and ask in plain language: it answers citing the exact page. It also reads the data from the ones out front and builds any report you ask for, in PDF or Excel. It books YOUR meetings and reminds you what is pending. What it does not do is talk to your customers or book appointments WITH THEM: that is what the customer-facing roles are for.
What can I connect?
Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Odoo, Google Sheets or your own API with a key. Your digital employee answers with your catalog, prices and stock, refreshed every 6 hours, no weekly uploads. Credentials are stored encrypted.
