Trainer
An Operations Executive specialty
Teaches with your material · Cites the exact page · Asks you and corrects you · Knows what day it is
Trainer: from 297 USD a month. That is the Starter plan, which includes 1 digital employee in the role you choose; the Operations plan is 997 USD and includes 10.
The trainer teaches the people who already work with you. It does not serve your customers: it teaches your team from the material you uploaded — the manual, the script, the policies — and checks they got it by asking, not by assuming.
The problem it solves
New hires learn by watching
They sit next to whoever knows most and copy what they see. They pick up the bad habits along with the trade, and take months to find their feet.
Training happens once and fades
A full day, plenty of enthusiasm, and a folder nobody opens again. Three weeks later everyone is back to their old habits.
Nobody has time to repeat it
The one who knows is busy selling. Explaining the same thing again to someone else costs them their own day, so they do it short and half-done.
What it does
- Learns your manual, your script and your prices
- Explains to each person at their own pace
- Cites the exact page of the material you uploaded
- Asks you questions and corrects you on the spot
- Follows the week's syllabus that you write
- You see in your portal what it discussed with whom
How it works
Teaches from your material, not from theory
It answers from the manual and the script you uploaded, and says which document and which page each claim came from.
Asks before moving on
It explains one short topic and immediately asks for it back in their own words, or through a case; if it comes out wrong, it corrects it right there.
Goes at each person's pace
Someone with two years and someone who started on Monday do not need the same thing, and each person has their own separate conversation.
How it sounds: Coach-like: close, direct and demanding. Corrects without humiliating and celebrates when it lands.
A sample conversation
An example of how it handles a chat. It is not a real conversation with any customer.
CustomerHi, I am new on the team. Where do I start?
TrainerWelcome. Today is price objections, which is what will hit you most in your first week. Shall I read you how the manual handles it, or would you rather I throw you a case and you try?
CustomerThrow me the case.
TrainerHere goes. The customer tells you: it is too expensive, the other place gives it to me cheaper. What do you answer?
CustomerI would tell them I can give them a discount.
TrainerYou just gave away margin for nothing. Your manual says it on page 12: first you ask what they are comparing it with, because it is almost never the same service. Only if it really is, you talk price. Try again with that question.
What it needs from you
- The material you want it to teach from: your manual, your sales script, your policies.
- Who it will train and what those people do: salespeople, cashiers, technicians.
- Which topic belongs to each day of the week, if you already have that in mind.
What it does NOT do
We say it here so nobody finds out after paying.
- It does not grade anyone or keep a record of who practised: it talks, it does not score.
- It does not send the lesson to anyone on its own — the session starts when the person writes to it.
- It does not invent doctrine: if something is not in the material you uploaded, it says so instead of filling the gap.
Frequently asked questions
Does it train my team or serve my customers?
Your team. It is the only role whose counterpart is the people who work with you: it teaches them from your manual and your script, asks them questions and corrects what they get wrong. The other roles are the ones that serve your customers.
Does it send the lesson to my people on the days I choose?
Not yet. The person starts the conversation: they write to it and the topic for the day begins there. The trainer does know what day it is, so it follows the syllabus you wrote down — but it does not go looking for anyone on its own.
Will it tell me who studied and what score they got?
It keeps no grades. In your portal you can see every conversation and who it was with, which is what tells you today who is practising and where they get stuck — but there is no report card and no saved exam.
How much does it cost to have trainer working?
From US$297 a month, which is the entry plan and includes 5,000 monthly credits. That plan comes with one role; if you need several at once, the next one opens 3 and the largest 10. Cancel whenever you want.
What does it do when it does not know the answer?
It says so. It does not make things up: it hands the conversation to someone on your team with the full thread, so nobody has to repeat what has already been said. A “let me confirm that” is better than a fact it cannot stand behind.
What information does it answer with?
Your business's: what you upload — catalogue, prices, manuals, your website — and what it learns from your operation. It does not use other customers' data, and when the fact is not there it tells you instead of approximating.
Shall we hire your trainer?
Choose the plan that gives it the allowance you need. You can try it first with a demo using your own business data.
