Yes. Your digital employee takes the date, the time and the party size, checks the availability the restaurant defined and confirms the booking in the same chat, along with the contact details of whoever booked.

Does it answer questions about ingredients and allergies?

It answers from the sheet the restaurant loaded for each dish. When the question is about an allergy and the data is not loaded, your digital employee does not guess: it says the information is not confirmed and hands the conversation to the restaurant.

How does the menu stay up to date?
