Digital employee

Phone Receptionist

Answers the phone · Several calls at once · Leaves each booking noted · Summary of every call

Phone Receptionist: from 297 USD a month. That is the Inicial plan, which includes 1 digital employee in the role you choose; the Operación plan is 997 USD and includes 10.

The digital receptionist answers the phone. No voicemail, no busy tone and no matter how many people call at once. It takes the appointment and leaves it written on your board, puts the call through to a person when needed, and leaves you the summary and the transcript of every call.

The problem it solves

The phone rings and nobody can pick up

Whoever calls and lands in voicemail does not leave a message: they hang up and call somebody else. A missed call is a customer who does not come back.

Three calls at once and one person

At peak hour, two out of every three hear a busy tone. Nobody knows how many there were or who they were.

«What did the person who called yesterday say?»

What was said on the phone is lost the moment you hang up. Unless somebody wrote it down, and almost nobody writes it down.

What it does

How it works

It always answers, in parallel

Several calls at once without anyone hearing a busy tone. There is no peak hour that overwhelms it.

It leaves the appointment written down

What is agreed on the phone ends up noted on your board, not in somebody's memory.

It puts the call through when it should

If the case needs a person, it transfers the call instead of leaving someone with no way out.

How it sounds: Warm, clear and resolving. It never leaves anyone with no way out.

A sample conversation

An example of how it handles a chat. It is not a real conversation with any customer.

Customer[call] Hi, are you open today?

Phone ReceptionistHi. Yes, we are open until 6 in the evening today. Do you need an appointment or are you coming straight in?

CustomerAn appointment, this afternoon if possible.

Phone ReceptionistI have 4:00 and 5:15. Which do you prefer?

Customer4 o'clock.

Phone ReceptionistPerfect. Could you confirm your name and a contact number? I will leave the appointment noted for 4:00.

What it needs from you

What it does NOT do

We say it here so nobody finds out after paying.

This role has no monthly fee

It is charged at US$0.2985 per minute spoken, rounded up to the whole minute, and added to your end-of-month invoice. No plan includes minutes, and each call lasts up to 5 minutes. The full breakdown, including what it does not do.

Frequently asked questions

How is the phone charged?

Per minute spoken: US$0.30 a minute, with no monthly fee. It is not part of any of the monthly plans — you pay for the calls it actually answered and nothing else.

Are the calls recorded?

The audio is not kept. What stays in your portal is the summary of every call and its transcript, which is what you need to review what was said and what was left pending.

Can it put the call through to me?

Yes, it transfers the call to the number or the person you define when the case needs it. The transfer passes the call along; it does not narrate to whoever picks up what was discussed before.

How much does it cost to have phone receptionist working?

From US$297 a month, which is the entry plan and includes 5,000 monthly credits. That plan comes with one role; if you need several at once, the next one opens 3 and the largest 10. Cancel whenever you want.

What does it do when it does not know the answer?

It says so. It does not make things up: it hands the conversation to someone on your team with the full thread, so nobody has to repeat what has already been said. A «let me confirm that» is better than a fact it cannot stand behind.

What information does it answer with?

Your business's: what you upload — catalogue, prices, manuals, your website — and what it learns from your operation. It does not use other customers' data, and when the fact is not there it tells you instead of approximating.

Shall we hire your phone receptionist?

Choose the plan that gives it the allowance you need. You can try it first with a demo using your own business data.
