Connections

Integrations

Your digital employee answers on some channels and reads from some systems. The channels are where your customers write to it; the systems are where it gets the prices, the stock and the schedules so it answers with real data instead of generalities.

How it gets connected

You hire the role you need

First you choose which role you want to cover. Connections aren't sold separately: they're the tools that employee works with, and you turn them on from the same portal.

You connect from the portal, no programming

Each connection is turned on by pasting what the tool itself gives you: a token, a key or a web address. There's no code to write and nobody to hire, and if you get stuck we help you get it running.

The employee starts using that data

From that moment it answers with your catalog, your availability or your real information. If you disconnect the integration, it stops using it right away and everything else keeps working the same.

What these connections do NOT do

The real limit of each one, not a list of good intentions.

  • The connections to your store, your ERP and your CRM are read-only: they query, they don't modify
  • The only connection that writes is Clientify, and only if you turn that option on
  • We don't reach into what you don't connect: each connection has its scope and that's where it ends
  • No connection ties you down: you remove it from your portal whenever you want, with no paperwork
  • We never ask for write permissions where we only need to read

Frequently asked questions

Can the digital employee modify my store or my CRM?

With one exception, no. The connections to stores, ERPs and CRMs are read-only: they query your catalog to answer and change nothing. The only one that writes is Clientify, which can create the contact for a new lead, and only if you turn that option on.

Can I connect several integrations at the same time?

Yes. The usual setup is at least one channel where it answers and one system it takes the data from, for example WhatsApp plus your store. Each connection is turned on separately and can be removed without affecting the others.

What do I do if the system I use isn't on this list?

There's a catch-all connection: if your system can publish a list at a web address, in CSV or JSON format, the employee reads it. A published spreadsheet works too, so it's rarely necessary to develop anything new.

What's the difference between a channel and a system?

The channel is where your customers write to you: WhatsApp, the chat on your site, the phone, email. The system is where the employee gets the information to answer: your store, your CRM, your calendar. You need at least one of each.

Start with the role, not with the connection

The connections are the tools your digital employee works with. You choose the role and switch them on from the portal.
